It includes employers of choice seeking candidates from opportunity populations, including veterans, returning citizens, people with disabilities and refugees.

60 pointsUp to 60 points will be awarded for answering all three parts of the essay question to share why agribusiness is the right career path for you, how you became interested in the field and/or industry, and how you plan to make a difference within an agribusiness field and/or industry.

15 pointsUp to 15 points will be awarded for spelling, grammar and structure of your essay, and spelling and grammar in your application.

15 pointsUp to 15 points will be awarded for your description of how you will use the funds.
